The Polar Ice caps would melt probably say 2 times as fast and we would die in about 20-30 years (or be drownd up to neck of the liberty tower) if we didn't start trying to care about the economy.

we burn to death, radiation would seep in from the sun causing plants and people to mutate beyond normal factor.

it will be a slow and painful death, but we will survive.

yes the water will rise by about 60 metres (200 feet) but that's nothing in comparison to the real dangers and challenges the world will have to face as the melting of polar ice caps are slow we will have a chance to adapt, however when our food supply is contaminated by radiation levels caused by the sun, then we really need to think about more than a leaky tap.
