How do I lose weight on my theighs?

excercise 2 hours a day and dont have dessert :-)

You don't want to lose weight on your thighs, you want to burn off some fat, and this is accomplished by exercise. Just remember that muscle weighs 2.94 times as much as fat, so don't go by weight, just go by the tightness and how firm your thighs are, and just keep going until they look good to you [or me ;)]. Lots of running helps, you can get some ankle weights too.

Here's how to lose weight off thighs. You don't need to do everything the same way I do, but you can take from this information and apply it to your own unique set of circumstances.
Do jumping jacks on a mini-trampoline. I watch too much TV. So what I do is this. During commercials, I jump on the mini-trampoline. This is about 2 and a half minutes for each commercial break. Let me tell you this. How about rapid bodyweight squats? I also do these during tv commercials. What I do is simple... I do 25 as fast as I can. It takes no more than 30-45 seconds. Typically, I do 8 sets of these a day. It's a great investment of my time... 4-6 minutes.
