Do I have the right to tell my employer that I want my day off back?

If your employers keep changing your schedule do you have the right to tell them you want it schedule back and day off?

employers are required to give you heads up on your schedule and they can't just change it. They can ask you to work different hours but they can't require it

Read your contract. If you are a shift worker and they changed your shifts, then this is essentially what you signed up for. You have the right to ask for a particular day off each week, however I'm not aware of them having a legal obligation to work a shift rota around your needs over anyone elses.
