You can't have babies, if your born a male, even with a sex change operation. Also the pancreas has nothing to do with baby making. The pancreas secretes insulin that converts glucose into energy. Sperm, is a cell made in the testes (more commonly referred to as nuts, balls, ball sack). To have a baby, a man has to insert his penis into a woman's vagina and move it in and out until ejaculation occurs (release of sperm and semen into the vagina). The sperm travels up the woman's sexual organs until it reaches her egg, and fertilizes it. The egg cell attaches itself to the woman's uteris, where the egg cell divides into more cells, and those cells divide into more cells, until it turns into a baby.
