System Problems With Nokia N82

I have a N82 cellphone and i have just come to the problem that i can't send or receive things via Bluetooth because when I want to switch it on it doesn't and says "Bluetooth Operation Can Not Be Performed" Also i can't install anything on it like maps or Anti Viruses, i have scanned it with NOD32 anti virus on my PC and cleaned the infected files but it keeps showing the same errors. Also when i have the New Text Message shortcut on the background it doesn't open and i have to go to the messages and then new message and then text messages to be able to send a new text message.
