What is a good defence against drugs sale charges?

How do I convince the district attorney to drop my drug sale charges?

try to make a deal if you don't mind snitching...otherwise just suck it up and do the time...you could try get the charge changed to something that doesn't include jail time but most courts are pretty strict on drugs
