When are you having open bowling and how much

Go for bowling morning twice before breakfast and once in the evening. Take solid food only thrice (not more than thrice) and liguid food twice (morning once and evening once at least half an hour before taking solid food.)
It is better that you bowl regulary as stated above else you are suffering from constipation.
