Problem with Outlook 03 had 07 but it disappeared

I have both office 2003 and 2007. The outlook 2003 is still installed but it has errors. I can't access any new email and cannot get in to options on the tool bar to edit the email account. Outlook express disappeared, so I can't use it at all. It is not on the list to repair, delete or change in the add/remove program.How can I fix this problem?
