I think I'm fat but when I survey people they say I'm very skinny. Even my classmates. Ask your doctor cause I want o know too!

Weight loss is 90% DIET and only 10% exercise. A good example would be Megan Fox, who barely exercises at all (maybe once a week), but she eats very healthily.

And no, nothing is wrong with you. What you feel after 2-3 minutes is your body working but because it isn't exactly a pleasant feeling, you just stop. Once it starts getting hard is when it's actually called exercise. I run/bike/everything daily so I know the feeling.

There's no miracle way to lose weight. No diet pills, starvation diets and do nothing. None of those work. You need to watch what you eat, join a calorie counting website, and FORCE yourself to exercise. If I don't want to exercise, I put on exercise clothes anyway and walk out the door and force myself to do it. Just do it!
