Do yoga. Choose belly bending ones. Lay on falt floor or bed on back. Lift both legs up making 30 degrees with the floor(lift your feet a foot above. Do not lift more) without bending the knees. Keep your legs like that as much time time as you can.
Do this say 5 times in a session. Do this morning and evening with empty stomach.
Take low calary food.
Avoid non-vegetarian food, oily food, sweet made of sugar or jagger.
Eat healthy. Google Dr Manthena Satyanarayanaraju naturopath for more details.

I think I'm fat but when I survey people they say I'm very skinny. Even my classmates. Ask your doctor cause I want o know too!
The important thing here is the difference between fat and muscle. Muscle weighs 2.94 times as much as fat, so the thing here is, do you want to weigh less, or be thinner. If you simply wish to be thinner, then exercise, especially the abdominal area. Doing this will cause your body to burn the fat off and using the energy it makes from burning the fat off, it will create muscle in its place. It's possible to gain weight by doing this, while getting skinnier at the same time. If you actually wish to weigh less, then you need to form a diet that involves little to no sugar, carbs, or fat (this includes oils).
