Birth control, pregnancy

I have been on the Nuvaring for almost 2 years now. The last week I have been very nauseated and yesterday I had some spotting when I went to the bathroom but only once. I use the ring correctly, had a period last month, but am not due to take the ring out for another week. I have never had spotting before (I do the 3 weeks in 1 out method, to avoid it). Is there a chance I could be pregnant? Kind of worried because of the few things combined(my husband brought the combination of them to my attention), and if I would be wouldn't want the birth control to harm the baby! Any answers would be appreciated!! Thanks!

Well if your saying you do want to be pregnant then there is a pill that women can take to get pregnant.
If you don't want to be pregnant then also there is a pill to stop it from happening

First, birth control will not hurt the baby if you are not pregnant-- it is not the same as a plan B pill, and even if it were, the Plan B pill is not an "abortion" pill, it's a pregnancy prevention pill: once you're pregnant, it's done.

And yes, there is a chance you could be pregnant. I don't know about the ring, but oral contraceptives are 99% effective... that means that 1 out of every hundred women becomes pregnant. Wait until 5 days before a missed period and then take a test.
