my landlord neglected to deposit my security deposit in my name, she also used said monies to make repairs during my lease. When my lease ended i asked for account number and also repair receipts. she admitted that no such account had been open as stated in my lease agreement. when i vacated the premises, she did not send me in writing any notice of repairs within 30 days. i live in massachusettes, i think i read in the tenant landlord laws that if i bring suit against her i will automatically be awarded triple damages, is this true,, I also need to know the statue of limitations for filing,
