Is there any website that offers 100% free music download?

I am unable to find a site which offers 100% free downloadable music.

First of all, the Limewire client itself has a trojan virus in it, so by downloading Limewire, you're downloading a virus. Second of all, free music downloading is illegal, so I will not answer your question. Third of all, you should pay for music, that way the music industry can be fueled to hopefully produce more good music and less crap.
