Mobile not working

Hello sir, i've a china mobile model: GT9000 SUNNY V16. after press 1122 in factory restore option, my phone is not working, lights r on all the time, screen is white, only incoming in chinese language,no keys r working. computer can't detect driver and i've no driver cd. plz plz help me what to do?

For your situation, you should contact the manufacturer for support, I hope you can find the tech support phone number in the phone manual.

sorry there is only a website name www.kenken.co.cn. but when i contact the site they telling that this product is not of their company so they could not help or further help me. what to do??plz tell.

Are you work or live in China? If so, there're so many mobile phone repairing stores there, you can ask your colleagues or friend for the specific location. That won't be a problem.

You need to contact the mobile shop dealer from where you bought this mobile, they will assist you or if they don't help you, I will advise you to fill an application form at consumer court.
