Veterans Associated Clubs

I know of a Veterans Association that used to provide social services to Veterans, and operate as a Non Profit Organization, however the social memberships now outnumber the Veteran Memberships. This establishment has mostly turned into a sports bar rather than a Veterans Association. Are they still legally allowed to utilize a Veterans Association title if they are no longer benefiting the War Veterans in any way. What are the legal requirements for running a Veterans Association Club/Bar. I have many questions about the operations of this social club and I would like to know how I can get answers please.

associations is only you, so you have allowed them to be like that.
(funds and retreats ? well, money go to the tresorery...go to the court and ask
where is the money and who have spent it : it is the only thing that you can ask legally...what are saying your colleagues...twenty or an hundred is better...
more you are, more laws go in your way so for your profit.
an association means thousands of thousands members...
so, you want to be as strong as the 'thief' ? take care, if you are wrong, it cost a lot to fail.
