the right idea, maybe a reality in few days/months or years, is to allow everyone
to access in bank-account from only one box, in selfservice.
microsoft is near of this project and also another banks.
so, cellphone or not, (wi-max will connect you), all the accounts will be in the same place as virtual money.
Of course, you will want to know your balance several times per day and whith a watch or a badge, you will it. But all that, will be falsenumbers in a numericsystem, so impossible to be really usefull.
The only balance is the + and the - in the owners of the bank.
I do not think you should wish too much technology, exept if you are sure that it is for you, and only for you, and that i doubt a little.
