Security control on Tally

I have create two cash ledger cash 1 & cash 2 in tally version 9 .3 and also create two user password casher 1, and casher 2.

pl tell me how i define type of security so that casher 1 can only pass payment/receive/contra voucher with using cash 1 ledger. He has no right to pass the voucher with cash 2.
