I was terminated from my job of 6 years after the four months of maternity leave because I did not have anyone to watch my child and could not return. I do have someone to watch the baby now, but I have no job. I was offered my position back at the same company but I cannot work the required hours. Does anyone know if I qualify for Unemployment benefits? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am in CA.
