MS Publisher '97 Recognition

I have MS Office 97 Small Business Edition, and when I reformatted my hard drive a while back and reinstalled all of my Programs when I installed from Disk-2, it installed Pub 98, which does not recognize any of my previously saved MS Pub Files.

How do I fix/solve this issue?

your doing it the wrong way first of all. you can't have two different items and transfer them it won't work as long as you saved the stuff you should be able to fix the problem
