How do I fix my garage door?

I have an electric garage door opener. It works but the light is burned out? how do you fix it?

First examine the motor casing. The part that the light comes out of should have a couple of screws holding it in place. Take those screws out, open it up, and take the light bulb to a near by hardware store, get a replacement bulb, screw it in, screw the case shut, and you're done.

buy a new, or it is not an electric safety garage door !

if the light is burned out on your garage door , all that is needed is a new light, that being the case but sure to match the maximum wattage to the new opener so you done burn out the housing, if it does often try one of the garage door light bub, i hope this works.
